How do I add an adult to my account?

You can invite your adult family member to allow you to manage their prescriptions by going to the "Manage Family Account" option in the mobile app or visiting our web pharmacy.

Once you have logged in, click on Manage Family Account. You will see a screen with an icon of a person and a plus sign:



Click on "Add a family member" button. Enter your relative's date of birth and their relationship to you, and select Continue:

You can then choose to send them a text message or an email invitation. Once the invitation has been sent, they will need to do the following:

  1. Click on the link in the invitation.

  2. When they get to the webpage, they must either sign into their pharmacy account or create a new one.

Please keep in mind that each adult needs to have a unique email address for security reasons. Please ensure that they don't create an account with a shared email address.

If they cannot use a different email address for their account, they will not be able to be linked to you. Another option you may use is go to the pharmacy and ask them to enroll your relative for a text-only account using your mobile number.
