Can I adjust my reminders settings to show the full prescription names in my notifications?
Yes, you can choose to have prescription names shown in your reminders instead of prescription numbers. To do so:
Sign in to the mobile app or web pharmacy and then go to 'Reminders'.
Go to the 'Reminder and Notification Settings' section.
Toggle the slider next to the 'Show full prescription names in notifications' setting.
Patients who have a text-only account: You can simply reply with 'P' to any of our text messages from your registered mobile number to receive a link to manage your preferences.
What else I can I change?
You can easily manage a number of preferences by visiting the "Account" page on the mobile app or web pharmacy after you sign in. These include:
Phone number
Display preferences: Hiding and showing expired or zero refill prescriptions in your list
Time zone
Language (if available)
